What we do at the dock.

Three services, all run in-house. We don't try to be everything — we try to be the people you can count on for the things we do.

01 — Boat Slips

Seasonal & transient slips, from 22' to 45'.

Our basin sits in a sheltered bend with mild current and good holding. Floating concrete docks (rebuilt 2022) flex with the tide, so cleats stay where you tied them and the gangway's always level.

  • 30A and 50A shore power on every slip.
  • Fresh water, Wi-Fi, locking dock boxes available.
  • Bathhouse with hot showers, laundry, and ice.
  • 24/7 keycard access; lighted parking next to your slip.
  • Pump-out at the fuel dock — included with seasonal contracts.
02 — Haul Outs

A 35-ton travel lift, run by the same hands every time.

Our lift operator runs every haul personally. We don't rush, we don't subcontract, and we never lift a boat we haven't talked through with the owner first. Schedule a one-day haul for inspection and bottom paint, or block in for the season.

  • 35-ton, 17' beam capacity.
  • Power wash included with every haul.
  • Bottom paint, gelcoat, and zinc work in our covered bay.
  • Heated indoor storage available October through April.
  • Itemized estimates before any work begins — always.
03 — Vinyl Graphics

Boat names, registrations, and custom decals — applied dust-free.

We design and apply marine-grade cast vinyl graphics that hold up for seven years or more. Bring us a sketch, a font idea, or just a feeling — we'll mock up two or three options before we cut a single letter.

  • Cast vinyl rated for 7+ years of UV, salt, and freeze-thaw.
  • Boat names, hailing ports, registration numbers, draft marks.
  • One-color, multi-color, gradient, and metallic finishes.
  • Removal of old graphics and adhesive cleanup, no scratches.
  • Indoor application bay — no wind, no dust, no bubbles.
Working with us

Estimates first. No surprises on the invoice.

Every haul out, repair, and graphics job begins with an itemized written estimate. If the work changes once we're in, we stop and call you before we keep going. It's how we'd want to be treated, and it's how we keep the dock running on trust.
